I'm going to Blizzcon for basically free except my plane fare. I agreed with this because I figured it wouldn't be hard to raise $400 by October 21st.

That said, I'll be starting another donation drive with the same rewards and such from the last one (which went okay).

I decided to go the easy route for donation drawings and do "artist cards" as the drawing. Examples of artist cards are here: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&sect ion=&global=1&q=artist+cards

People who donate $5-$10 will get a pencil sketch artist card.
People who donate $10-$20 will get a inked artist card.
People who donate $20-$30 will get inked with black and white marker color artist card.
People who donate $30+ will get colored artist cards. :) Yes, plural. More money = more detail and/or cards.

My tablet wires are breaking because they've been pinched for a long time. $100 for repairs (estimate) on top of almost $60+ for shipping costs. My tablet will be missing for a whole month once repairs are starting.

Edit: After doing taxes, we've found out that we now owe about $3000 in taxes because of my husband's work not taking out taxes the first two months of his job. The fundraiser has been extended until further notice.

Our little 2 bedroom apartment isn't cutting it for us right now. There's just not enough room for what we have. There's a 3 bedroom that we can rent next month, but the problem is the FIRST rent check will be over $200 higher than normal. We can handle all the other rent after the first month, but it's the first month that will be the hardest.

So I'm lowering the prices of my detailed commissions for a month:

Color (less detail/one character) - $25
*Additional characters - $5 each

Color (more detail/one character) - $40
*Additional characters - $10 each

Backgrounds for both types are only $10 extra.
